Dr. Katrina Milne Hampton, DOM
Katrina Milne Hampton is a licensed Doctor of Oriental Medicine based in Santa Fe, NM. Katrina began her studies in Chinese Medicine in 2003 in Boulder, CO, where she did 4 years of internship with master Chinese Medicine teachers. She got her Interdisciplinary Degree in Eastern Psychology and Dance and Movement Studies from Naropa University. After graduating 2007, she moved to Chicago to attend Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Starting in 2008 she began her training at The Academy for Five Element Acupuncture in Gainesville, FL, where she received her Masters Degree in 2011. Her chosen specialty in the 5 Element field grew out of her studies in Eastern psychology and Buddhism, and the perspective that it is each persons right to thrive and grow into their most fulfilling expression.
Originally form London, England, she has spent time living and practicing in Santa Fe, NM, Chicago, IL, Gainesville, FL, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Switzerland and the U.K. Katrina specializes in Five Element Acupuncture and has also provided care in drug rehabilitation clinics, veterans clinics, and trauma relief efforts. Her love for women’s health has lead her to study with long time leaders across fields, such as Aviva Romm and Diane Giosio. Her other primary teachers include Lonny Jarrett, Jeffery Yuen and Mark Jenson. Her diverse background in acute and critical care, psychology, herbalism and movement studies has given her a broad framework to treat patients. She is certified with National Acupuncture Detoxification Association. Katrina deployed with Global Outreach Doctors to assist with medical treatment of refugees arriving in Lesvos, Greece in 2015. After becoming a mother in 2020, her passion for women’s health has deepened greatly. Focusing on fertility support, and deep replenishment in pre-and postnatal care, helping women to feel fortified and peaceful. Her dedication to optimizing the wellness of local and international communities is at the core of her practice, creating a diverse and fulfilling center for healthcare. She focuses on creating balance within the subtle and profound, supporting a whole and integrated experience within the heart, mind, body and spirit.
Dr. Meghan Sultana, DOM
Meghan Sultana (she/her) is a board-certified licensed acupuncturist and clinical herbalist. She earned her masters and doctorate degrees in Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science in New York City. Her externships included work at Columbia University Health Services helping students with stress and anxiety, Mount Sinai-Beth Israel Integrative Oncology supporting patients during cancer treatments, and the Housing Works free clinic for patients living with HIV. In 2015, she travelled to China for advanced certification in acupuncture and moxibustion from the International Acupuncture Training Center, a WHO collaborating center for traditional medicine, and completed clinical rounds at Beijing’s Acupuncture & Moxibustion Hospital. In addition to her TCM training, she is inspired by Five Element Acupuncture and Daoist Classical Chinese Medicine for emotional and spiritual concerns, especially when they affect the physical body.
During her clinical practice in NYC, Meghan worked at the acclaimed Yinova Center, specializing in gynecology and fertility. She gained extensive experience helping patients with menstrual problems and PMS, fertility support and egg freezing, prenatal and postpartum care, and menopausal symptoms. She also spent four years working in community clinics, supporting artists and LGBTQ+ youth with accessible and affordable healthcare. She currently maintains a general practice welcoming all patients wherever they are on their healing journey, whether for physical discomfort, energetic support, or emotional balancing.
Meghan continues to deepen her knowledge and skills with continuing education in Chinese Medicine, mind-body practices, meditation, and energy work. She is currently studying TCM’s integration with functional medicine. She values presence and deep listening in her practice and trusts the body’s innate intelligence to heal itself. Her goal is to support you in your wellness goals and help you feel more connected to yourself.
